That scammer signed up on the forum again under a different username. 
Here is the information about the new account

In his thread, he mentioned the Telegram account he used to scam me (@Forteesx)

@yardddess  @Hagled  @Forteesx << They are the same person

Please avoid+ban him

I found more evidence
Someone who was also scammed by tartey on this forum mentioned that tartey = @hagled = @yardddess. (image1)

The person who scammed me is tartey = @Forteesx (screenshot of PM)

And I found something on another forum.
A user profile where he mentioned in a reply that both @Forteesx and @hagled are his TG id.

@Forteesx , @Hagled and @yardddess

so, @dieharder is @tartey and @Yardagers
