BUYING YouTube: Two display glitches to fix

I am looking for someone who can hack into YouTube's database to fix the following issues I have been having these past two months.

I've already contacted the site's support team several times to date (through a designated feedback form), and they just aren't responding.

1) One video's missing HD options

One of my old videos, uploaded two years ago in 1080p quality, had somehow lost its option for that, and can now be displayed only in 480p.

The video has always been public, never replaced, never monetized, and has no copyright changes.

For comparison, here is a follow-up video I had posted barely two weeks later, which still has its 1080p option:

This appears to be a processing or playback profile issue. I’m requesting a manual reprocess or backend review to see if the HD profile can be restored. I would assume that YouTube keeps backups of its data for in case of data loss that affects users en masse. Hopefully, the missing 1080p option is something that had simply slipped through the cracks during the original recovery, and would still be retrievable by anyone with access to YouTube's data.

(I have already tried trimming one second off of the end, as some people suggest, but that did not make any difference.)

2) Wrong thumbnail under most search terms

A new video I recently uploaded does not have its thumbnail displayed in search results whenever I type anything other than its full title (I found this out by typing "brunette girls appeal"), and I can only wonder how many people it originally appeared to on the front page or in the margin next to other videos with that wrong image. It would instead show a random still, even when I try applying a different thumbnail. I have tried viewing it incognito, which would rule out cookies and extensions. However, even uploading a revised version, with the first half-minute trimmed, defaults to the exact same frame, which still shows up when I set that version to Public.

Here is the video itself:

Here is a follow-up video summarizing the issue in more detail:

Just yesterday, though, someone on Discord I've granted manager privileges did report seeing the correct thumbnail on a mobile device. The correct thumbnail also appears in the search suggestion "brunette girls appeal", but not in the actual search result on either his computer or my own, or even on my TV set, unless I type "why brunette girls appeal to me" all the way out.
