He contacted me through the TG account I left in my post and told me he was selling data.
He claimed he had 17.2MB of data, but in reality, he only had 1,172 rows. He repeatedly copied and pasted data to create a false impression of 17.2MB.
The chat logs have since been deleted by him on TG.
