Hello gentlemen.

First post, but a good one.

Complete and historical database of the mexican university ITESM/TEC with 900,000 lines, including all national and exchange students from all national university and high school campuses from 1950 to 2026.

It consists of the following types of data:
- Student ID
- Academic degree
- Current semester
- Campus
- Full name
- Photograph
- Date of birth
- Address
- Personal email
- University email
- Personal phone number
- Tutor's name
- Tutor's phone number
- Tutor's email
- GPA
- Enrolled academic credits.
- Scholarship percentage (if applicable)
- Academic loan percentage (if applicable)
- Account statement
- Historical academic schedule
- Digital academic transcripts
- Multidimensional academic development information (Life Plan)

The database is unique and also includes internal data of varying degrees, both clean and raw, along with exploited vulnerabilities.

Feel free to contact me privately through the forum or on my Telegram @Ender954. I speak Spanish and English and am willing to negotiate different types of agreements.

I have the following options available:
- Clean database: 900K lines (USD 2000)
- Raw database with security vulnerabilities: 56M lines (USD 5000)
- University medical system database: 300K lines (USD 500)
- Internal teacher evaluation database: 6M lines (USD 200)
- Internal infrastructure documents: 23GB (USD 200)
- Internal university vulnerability (negotiable)

All options are currently unsold, and the security vulnerabilities remain operational. If you require exclusivity, this can be negotiated. We can also negotiate for individual data points or more affordable options.

I've seen the social media posts about the hack. Anyone interested in this, for any reason, can contact me. I'd be happy to share how the exfiltration occurred, including the escalating permissions, all due to monumental negligence.

The vulnerability is an oversupply; we currently have several inquiries from interested parties. It currently allows direct access to any student's session from the internal system, as well as permission escalation and modification of internal elements. It was verified to be operational this morning.

We are willing to negotiate the non-exposure and private sale of the data, but this will depend on the institution and the importance they place on the security of their students, as well as the cost of international exposure.

I'm sharing some of the internal files we extracted from Tec de Monterrey's systems so that those posting on X can stop arguing about whether it's a suspected hack or a completed hack.
